About Our Client:

Our client is a leading manufacturing business based on the Slough trading estate. They have offices based across the world, including the US, Canada, France and Switzerland. This role supports circa 70 UK employees who are split between production and back office functions.

You will support & report in to the EMEA HR Director, who has been with the business for a number of years and is happy to offer plenty of guidance and advice.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following:

  • Management of the full employee lifecycle
  • Advising Line Managers on employment law and company policy
  • Completing occupational Health referrals and managing outcomes
  • Running monthly payroll, including benefits and reward administration
  • Reporting on HR metrics e.g. starters and leavers
  • Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture

The Successful Applicant:

The ideal HR Generalist will have the following skills/ qualities:

  • Previous HR experience
  • The ability to attend the office in Slough Monday
  • Friday
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • High level of integrity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas

What's on Offer:

- £32,000 to £35,000 per anum, dependant on experience
