Due to expansion, we are searching for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator with excellent telephone skills, a hunger to succeed & personal ambition.

The successful individual must have a passion for property with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, property values and an awareness of the local competition.


The role will require you to be out of the office approximately 20% of the time and will require a Full UK driver's license and own car (mileage paid).


The role will involve the following tasks:

  • Qualifying & registering new applicants.
  • Advise clients about the letting process.
  • Arranging & carrying out viewings in line with company's code of practice.
  • Check tenant references.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and inventories.
  • Make sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements.
  • Meet landlords and advise on rents.
  • Working closely with the Operations Director to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI's.
  • Ensuring that you are up to date on lettings legislation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer software.
  • Strong determination to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Selfmotivated and have the ability to use initiative to drive sales.
  • Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel to properties for meetings with tenants and landlords.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience within a sales environment is essential.
  • Good understanding of Doncaster's residential property market advantageous.

£7.49-£10.42 per hour
