Saturday Garage Service Advisor

Motest are looking for an experienced weekend / part time service advisor or receptionist to cover the front desk at our Bracknell branch on alternating Saturdays.

Motest is a friendly, family run business who provide MOT testing, servicing and repairs 6 days a week.

We are very customer focused and are extremely proud of our high standards of customer service and the extra mile we will always go for the customer.

Our branches are busy repair centres who MOT test and carry out repairs on the weekend too. We need someone with previous customer service experience to run the front desk on Saturdays with the option for part time weekday cover if suitable


This is a customer facing role based around diary management and customer interactions such as taking bookings over the phone and online, invoicing, generating estimates, taking payments, cashing up and managing the diary so the workshop and MOT test lane run smoothly.

The role will be on alternating Saturdays from 8.30 am to 16.30 pm.
