Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner - Remote

The Role


This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 100 Law Firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals Nationally.

The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

Due to the development and expansion of the Clinical Negligence department, they are now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner to take on some high quality claims (mixture of pre and post litigated) and help drive a thriving team.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Clinical Negligence and specifically handling their own caseload from inception to settlement.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of investigating liability/quantum and instructing experts.

The Candidate

Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee EarnernMinimum 3 years experience in Clinical NegligencenExperience of handling their own caseloadnPrioritise and manage a varied caseloadnAbility to work well as part of a team and on your own initiativenStrong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detailnExcellent organisation and time-management skillsnExcellent client care skillsnProfessional and effective communication with team members and contacts
