KPI Care have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Care Home Director to work with our client on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading care home provider, offering outstanding care to adults in nursing and residential homes across the United Kingdom.

As a Regional Care Home Director you will play a crucial leading role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. You will be given the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.


Requirements:

  • You will ideally be located within Surrey or have good knowledge of the area.
  • Driver's license with your own vehicle is a must.
  • You will have multi-site care home experience and experience working with resident local authorities and contract management.

Responsibilities as a Regional Operations Care Manager:

  • Oversee and manage 12 care homes within the Surrey region
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and make adjustments where necessary
  • Provider leadership guidance to location managers and staff members
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
