Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team at our restaurant in Southampton.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties:

  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
  • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus
