About the Role
We are looking for K-beauty lovers who are enthusiastic, energetic and have a can-do attitude.

As part of the warehouse, you will become the backbone of the company responsible for packing orders with love, and sending them out on time to our precious customers.


Responsibilities

  • Quality control on product restocks and checking for missing or damaged items
  • Picking and packing orders with care
  • Checking and dispatching orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Writing handwritten messages
  • Keeping track of parcels and labels, creating relevant customs documents
  • Managing stock levels at the warehouse and notifying low stock
  • Loading and unloading deliveries

We are looking for:

  • Passion for skincare & makeup, and excited by Asian skincare
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge in skincare is a bonus, as you may be required to customise special packages occasionally
  • Hardworking and cando attitude
- customer-centric approach, aiming to pack as many orders as possible
- organised individuals, ability to remember products, orders, and customs requirements

  • Whilst we have equipment to help with moving large items, there will be a requirement to lift large boxes
