We are now looking for a Valeter and Quality Controller to deliver the highest level of customer service and care at all times for our bodyshop in Gloucester.


About the role


You will be based at the Gloucester MG Cannon site, working alongside the Bodyshop Manager, Retail Concierge, Customer Service Advisor, Estimators and Technicians.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Valeting the vehicle at the end of the repair.
  • Using a tablet to carry out the Quality Control process to ensure the repair has been carried out correctly to be returned to the customer.
You will also be prepared, when required to assist with the returning of the vehicles.

About you

You will have:

  • The aspiration and motivation to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A smart appearance (full uniform will be provided)
  • A keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • An excellent driving record and preferably a clean driving licence
  • Experience working in a bodyshop in either valeting or Quality Control.
