Main Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Report directly to Department Director
  • Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills
  • Assisting with casework and advocacy
  • Preparing legal documents and applications
  • Attending court and client meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with file management

Key Skills Required:

  • IAAS Level 2 Accredited
  • Strong academic background in Law
  • Experience in Immigration Law
  • Business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, and IT proficient
