Robot Supervisor / Robot Operator

(UK) Boston Lincolnshire - Dyson Farm

Shift pattern - 4.30am pm & 20.30pm - 5.30am (4 on 4 off rotating shifts)

This is a seasonal job available from the end of March until August 2024.

Applicants must be 18 and able to prove their right to work in the UK.


We are seeking individuals to join our team to work alongside our strawberry picking robots, ensuring their smooth operation, conducting maintenance activities and checking the quality of the harvested fruit.

The role can be physical, you will be on your feet all day.

No previous experience required. Full onsite training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and troublefree operation of our robots employed in strawberry harvesting.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Work closely with the technical team to improve the robots' performance and enhance their capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to Carrington
  • Car is essential as there is no public transport.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • A reliable work ethic and punctuality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Salary:
£13.50-£17.00 per hour
