ADI Driving Instructor Position at Culdrose Area

Venrec is excited to announce a job opportunity on behalf of a reputable training company for an ADI Driving Instructor in Culdrose. This company specializes in providing training for the MOD.

This is an excellent chance for an experienced driving instructor seeking steady and dependable work.

  • NO evening or weekend shifts

Employed Rate of Pay:

  • Salary: £28,250 pro rata (up to £30,000 with the current bonus structure)
  • £60 per pass
  • Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
  • Fully expensed driver training car with fuel card
  • Option to use the training car for private lessons in evenings and weekends
  • Possibility to pause the contract for private lessons during MOD shutdown periods

Self Employed Rate of Pay:

  • £800 per license

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to motivate learners
