Duties:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items
  • Ensure accuracy in order taking and process payments
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assist with food safety procedures
  • Upsell menu items to increase sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
