Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development on microplastic-free and water-dispersible polymers.
  • Explore dispersion techniques for graphene in polymers.
  • Optimize the performance of biodegradable polymers and adhesives.
  • Design and validate testing protocols for consumer packaging products.
  • Document and analyze experiments.
  • Manage projects, perform risk assessments, and handle budgets.
  • Maintain and qualify laboratory equipment.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Hold a PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or nanomaterials engineering.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in the field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license due to the office location requirements.
