Based in Harrogate (HG2 8PB) we recruit for Cosmetics, Aesthetics, Haircare, Food & Beverage, Jewellery, Motorsport, Yacht manufacturing and retailing companies, recruiting across all functional disciplines from NPD, raw ingredients through manufacturing, packaging to sales/customer service of finished product. We recruit for FMCG/luxury brands across the whole of the UK from our Harrogate office.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant within Beautiful Recruitment is heavily telephone, social media and database driven.

It will consist of a hybrid of researching into personal care, jewellery, spa, fashion, cosmetics and beauty companies and resourcing candidates for specific roles.

This will include mapping UK companies and sites within the industry, identifying C suite and D suite level decision makers, contacting them to generate vacancies from new clients as well as existing accounts and booking in interviews with hiring managers/decision makers and identifying suitable candidates to generate fees and make placementsRequirements:

You will be a hunter type salesperson, a process driven recruiter with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour over the telephone to make sales happenYou will be adept at using the internet and search engines and websitesYou will also have a real passion for beauty/fashion/luxury brands and have a proven track record in recruitment with a minimum of 2 years' experience having worked as a Resourcer, Fulfilment/Delivery Consultant, Head-hunter, Recruitment Consultant or equivalentExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is necessaryA sparkling personality with a real flair for collaborating with people and strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation ability plus a winning attitude is essential to join our motivated, high energy and positive teamThis is a rewarding and challenging prospect that offers excellent money-making potential that is uncapped; the more you make, the more you earn personally.
