Hays are recruiting a Full-Time Teaching Assistant in Rhondda Cynon Taf for a Special Educational Needs School which caters for pupils aged 3-19.
The role shall consist of supporting small groups of students with a range of additional learning needs. The schoolis well regarded and has excellent facilities.These facilities, combined with the school's passionate and experienced teaching staff, allow the school to offer their students a high standard of education.

The role is confirmed long-term for a January Start, working 5 days a week.
Duties relating to this role include but are not limited to:
- Working with small groups of students with additional learning needs.
- Demonstrating high levels of patience, empathy, and care when dealing with potentially challenging behaviour.
- Supporting in the implementation and delivery of a lesson plan, ensuring that students are engaged in their work.
- Working closely as part of a positive and welcoming teaching team.
- Creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and enjoyable learning environment.
To be considered for this role, it is required that you possess at least 40 days of relevant experience working or volunteering within a School or with children over the course of the last - 3 years.
