Manor Field is a 5 bed specialist autism service situated in Corby, Northamptonshire.


At Manor field we are dedicated in supporting our residents to live their lives the way they want to, supporting them to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations.


As a Senior Support Worker you will be supporting the service users in their day to day living as, supporting the support workers to follow the care plans in place to provide excellent care, you will be leading shifts and completing supervisions for support staff and developing support plans and updating when required.


Experience in the senior role is not essential, but must has experience within the care setting, you must be willing to obtain the necessary qualifications for the role.


To be a Senior Support Worker you need to be compassionate, caring, good listener, supportive, understanding, patient and have good communication skills.
