Time management and project management skills are imperative. Working as part of an experienced and dynamic team you will be a key player in helping to market and develop the service.
There will be a regular need to travel to visit our clients and their design teams, as well as projects on which we are appointed for the site inspection and verification scope. However, these projects will be those for which we are also appointed as Building Regulation Consultant. There will also be a need to travel for internal meetings .

+ Meeting with clients and design teams to present and discuss our initial comments.
+ Reviewing and responding to queries in relation to early-stage design development.
+ Providing expert ad-hoc advice on Building Regulations compliance as required.
+ Formal report writing with annotations to clearly demonstrate compliance in order to support the design teams submission to approving authorities.
+ Qualification and Technical Requirements

+ Registered Building Inspector to at least level 2F
+ Proven experience as a Building Control Surveyor or Registered Building Inspector
