Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • A passion for delivering excellent guest services
  • Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Culinary knowledge is advantageous for explaining menu items
