Dutiesn

  • Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completionn
  • Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescalesn
  • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
Youn

  • You must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing mattersn
  • Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiriesn
  • Excellent organisational skillsn
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlinesn
