Post Graduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience and/or qualificationsNon-medical prescribing qualification (or working towards)
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Accredited or eligible to be accredited as a Higher Education Institute Clinical Pharmacy diploma/MSc tutor
