We are currently looking for a Contributor Relations Manager specializing in Data & Benchmarking Products to join our innovative brand on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services sector, particularly senior risk managers in banks, buy side firms, and market infrastructure providers. Your responsibilities will also involve shaping the products and coverage offered to our contributors and subscribers.

As the successful candidate, you will engage with senior individuals and teams within these firms to understand their needs thoroughly. You will then communicate your findings clearly to your colleagues to contribute to the development of our products. Furthermore, you will help in curating and expanding our datasets, exploring new methods to present information and insights to our contributors and subscribers.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
  • Identify new content opportunities and product enhancements in alignment with our editorial strategy.
  • Collect and validate data for benchmarking products and stay updated on industry trends and demands.

For this role, an ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the financial services sector with experience in skills like research or product management. Familiarity with online survey platforms, AI tools, and strong Excel skills would be advantageous.
