Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying
  • Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:

  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Excellent handeye coordination and dexterity
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Good communication skills to effectively work with team members

Salary:
£13.75-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
