Caretaker / Painter

Our fixed term Caretaker / Painter will join our existing Caretaker team.

Our caretakers are just that:

individuals who take care of our buildings, providing not only safe spaces for our residents and team members but also going over and above to keep our buildings well-maintained and an aesthetic dream.


As a part of the caretaker team at Student Roost, you are involved in all aspects of building maintenance, from carrying out small repairs to escorting third-party contractors to any issues within your building.

You'll have primary responsibility for painting within our property as well as supporting with all aspects of building maintenance, and just as you care for our buildings and the people within them, well take care of you.
