Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Adapt lesson plans to address learning difficulties while enhancing students' strengths.
  • Support the emotional well-being and confidence of SEN students.
  • Build positive relationships to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • Proficiency in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
