My client is currently looking for a new HR Advisor.

They are looking for someone who is extremely organised and can manage their own workload aswell as being a good team player and communicator.

Experience in a similar role is essential and a CIPD level 5 is an advantage.

Salary up to £30,000

Working hours:
Monday - Friday This is open to discussion)

Your day to day role will include:

  • Creating training materials
  • Supporting with grievances and disciplinary's
  • Ensuring the departments are kept up to date and understand HR policies and procedures
  • Be aware of current employment law
  • Assist in the recruitment process including onboarding, creating job adverts, assisting in interviews
