Your Responsibilities

  • Chair statutory multiagency reviews and child protection case conferences.
  • Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and review of plans for children, families, and carers in the looked after system or those at risk of significant harm.
  • Regularly monitor plans through multiagency meetings, adhering to national and local guidelines.
  • Make necessary amendments to plans as required.
  • Analyze Performance Information to establish individual targets aligned with agreed service outcomes.
  • Contribute to the delivery of continuous service improvement by supporting the Service Manager in decisionmaking and problemsolving.

Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Social Work
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Enhanced DBS
