We're on the lookout for a talented individual to step into the role of P2P Lead​ – Maternity Cover within our top-notch finance team for a temporary 6-9 month contract. While the position is based at our Solihull Head Office, we offer a flexible hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office per week.

Role Responsibility

The P2P Lead will oversee the Business Partnering and Audit & Development teams, focusing on business partnering, IT enhancements, process enhancements, SOX controls, and audit support.

- Supervise the Business Partner Support team and the Development and Audit Team, conducting regular performance reviews.

- Collaborate with regional finance and operational units to ensure business compliance on various financial aspects.

- Establish team KPIs and ensure their implementation.

- Engage with stakeholders and facilitate internal and external communications for the rollout of new P2P policies and procedures.

- Work closely with the IT Team and external partners to drive IT projects to successful completion.

- Contribute to enhancing P2P processes, compliance, and product development.

- Provide training and support on existing and new processes to the P2P Team and wider business.

- Monitor and address SOX compliance and assist in audit processes.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced accounts payable professional with a strong background in leading high-performing teams, who is available to start immediately or on short notice.

  • Experience in end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes
  • Previous Line Management experience
  • Knowledge of SOX legislation and audit procedures
  • Business acumen and IT skills, including SAP and Excel proficiency
  • Proficiency in process improvement, risk management, and effective communication
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
