Job Specifications

  • Assisting clients with various tasks and providing them with the necessary support.
  • Assist clients in achieving their goals and aspirations, providing practical support and assistance with daily tasks.
  • Abide by all organization's policies, and regulations guiding the provision of care and support service.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Help clients with the logistics of attending appointments, providing transportation, and ensuring clients arrive on time.
  • Monitor and report any change in the client's physical or mental health to appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Must have a relevant qualification (NVQ or equivalent in related field)
  • Experience working in a similar role. (Experience of working with young people preferably), not just experience with adults or elderly clients).
  • Flexibility: Availability to take on locum assignments throughout the year, with the flexibility to accept occasional shifts or extended blocks of work.
  • Skillset: Clinical skills, good communication abilities, teamwork, and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel to different practices in and around the UK
