The Birtenshaw Group are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to provide support within the Referrals, Placements, Quality and Compliance functions on a part time basis, working within our Head Office on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
.



Responsibilities will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for dealing with the administration of referrals
  • Liaising with parents / carers to books visits and / or obtain information to pass onto relevant colleagues
  • Ensuring all steps from initial referral to admission are in line with company policies and processes
  • Utilise software to manage rotas for care services, ensuring gaps are covered
  • Liaise with care services managers, contracted staff and agencies to fill rota gaps maintaining allocated staffing establishments and working within budgets
  • Ensure records of agency profiles are checked for compliance to Birtenshaw's safe recruitment standards and held centrally with due consideration to GDPR
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks and organisational policies and procedures
  • Supporting on the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Assurance Framework throughout Birtenshaw
