Main purpose of the role
Within the Customer Experience Directorate we need to ensure that the customer receives the best service and experience
at each touch point of their journey with us. From their initial enquiry about their new potential home right through to
moving in and the customer care provided during the defect warranty period.
This role within the Customer Care & Quality team is responsible for delivering the best customer care to our customers,
once they have moved into their new home. Managing customer complaints and logging and tracking any defects the
customer raises during the defect liability period.
What we are looking for:
looking for someone with great attention to detail who is comfortable working in a faced paced customer service
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent level of service to our customers
- Ensure the customers health and wellbeing is paramount during the correction of any defects
- Set up the customers lease and rent account after completion, ensuring all other required information has been
- Contact the customer to confirm the setup of their account and advise if required
- Ensure all communication with the customer, both written and verbal, is professional, courteous and to the
- Keep customers fully informed until the matters they raised have been fully resolved
- Track all defects and complaints in the relevant systems and in line with business policies and procedures
- Raise defects in the relevant systems to enable them to be passed to the contractor to complete
- Liaise with the delivery team to ensure work raised is completed and update the customer on progress and

Salary pro rata £29,280 per annum
