We are looking to recruit a TIG welder.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

Your Role
Welding of shower frames and other parts using jigs.

You will also be required to read and understand technical drawings, as well as being able to take measurements/mark out, drill and cut materials to size.

Fabrication work which involves the use of hand drills, grinders, etc.

You will be required to lift loads of up to 25kg.

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years welding experience essential.
  • Welding qualification essential (minimum NVQ3 or equivalent).
  • Good allround knowledge of Fabrication shop tools and equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Working under pressure to deadlines
  • Quality Control
  • Health & Safety training preferred but not essential

Aqua Safety Showers International Ltd is a manufacturing company based in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan.

We specialise in the production of emergency safety showers and equipment, supplying to oil, gas, water and chemical industries from around the world.

Additional Information

  • 38hrs/week : 4 Day Working Week
  • Working Hours: MON-THURS 7AM5PM (1/2hr lunch)

£31,616.00 per year
