  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Type correspondence and reports as required
  • Maintain an organised office environment
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is desirable
  • Competency in computerised data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
