Salary:
£ per hour

Permanent role:
full time / part-time hours available.

Minimum 21 hours - Maximum 35 hours, per week.

Proposed hours:

Hours and days may be flexible dependent on applicant but will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Will also include Saturday mornings, 9am to 12pm.
START DATE - April / May 2023.

Please note:
Extra days will be required in busy periods and for holiday cover, flexibility is essential.


Harbour Properties are a reputable local letting agent, property management and estate agent which have been operating from the village of Warton since 1996.

We specialise in lettings, property management, and estate agency.

You will:

  • Be conducting inspections and viewings on properties, meeting and greeting customers in our office, carrying out all types of admin and office duties, answering the phone to landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers, contractors, plus more.
  • Also work as part of an exciting existing team, however at times you will be working on your own, therefore you must be confident, outgoing, well presented, reliable and flexible.
  • Be expected to wear a company uniform, some of which will be provided.
  • Be required to create new property adverts on our property software website, as well as input data and update our property database (CARL).
  • Be required to book property valuations and instructions over the phone and in person in the office.
  • Carry out property inventories, preparing tenancy agreements and pretenancy paperwork.
  • You will also be required to carry out duties on the sales side of the business, arranging viewings, negotiating sales, sales progression.
  • Also be required to keep the office tidy at the end of the day and do final, end of day checks.

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

  • Full driving licence & car owner is essential (mileage is paid but you will be expected to have the correct business insurance).
  • Confident, well presented, professional person who has excellent communication skills and is at ease dealing with the public in person and on the telephone.
  • Must enjoy working with the public and demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Letting Agency, Estate Agency experience is highly preferable but not essential.
