My client is a leading provider of maintenance and facilities management services, committed to delivering exceptional solutions across various sectors.

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team at HMP Winchester.

Role Overview:


As the Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the shift to deliver planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, and other support services to meet the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the site.

This role involves managing customer interface within a designated area of the estate, ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the site, and maintaining a consistent strong link with customers to address any concerns effectively and responsively.


Key Responsibilities:

nLead and manage the shift to deliver planned and reactive maintenance activities.nMaintain a high profile in the day-to-day running of the site.nManage customer interface within a designated area of the estate.nEnsure appropriate and responsive reaction to address any client concerns.nFoster excellent customer relationships and manage suppliers effectively.nContribute positively to the performance of the business by engendering a culture of customer care.nDeputise for a Site Manager/Deputy Site Manager as required.


Requirements:

nProven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical maintenance environment.nStrong leadership and management skills.nExcellent customer relationship management and supplier management abilities.nAbility to obtain correct security clearance as the role is based within a prison environment.
