Our Teesside based client is an impressive, innovative organisation who is embarking on an exciting phase of growth.

Reporting to the Global Talent Manager, main responsibilities include:

  • Manage an effective and engaging talent acquisition function.
  • Oversee all UK recruitment operations and report insights to the Global Talent Manager.
  • Motivate and provide line management support to the talent acquisition advisors to maximise their skills and potential.
  • Embrace a one team ethos across the HR team, working and supporting all colleagues to achieve the delivery of the people strategy.
  • Partner with department leads to establish resource planning and future requirements.
  • Provide guidance, support and training to managers to promote best practice hiring.
  • Work closely with the Global Talent Manager to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop talent pipelines and foster meaningful relationships with passive and niche talent.
  • Research and use market intelligence to develop innovative attraction methods.
  • Lead on senior manager and above level recruitment campaigns.
  • Be an experienced Recruitment professional with demonstrable experienced gained within an internal recruitment function at the Business Partner or Senior Advisor level.
  • Will ideally have current or recent line management or supervisory experience.
  • Be an effective Business Partner able to develop meaningful working relationships with hiring managers.
