The Chief People Officer (CPO) will have an influential lead executive role and shared accountability for the development and delivery of the ICBs long-term people strategy, ensuring that it reflects and integrates the strategies of all relevant partner organisationswithin the ICS.
The CPO has a critical role to support the strategic direction and delivery of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Integrated Care System (ICS), specifically in relation to identifying and enabling the strategic development of people across our ICS footprint, support the complex strategic transformation and improvement through collaboration and mature partnership working.
All members of the ICB executive team are required to lead and inform complex transformation and improvement, through collaboration and mature partnership working.
This calls for individuals to use the power of influence rather than positional authority to engage and align people, focus their teams, sustain momentum, and ensure success.
Effective system leadership requires the full commitment and ability of senior leaders to create an environment of trust, inclusion, mutual respect, and shared aspiration, in which all can contribute fully and openly to achieving collective goals.
This role is flexible across Oxford, Berkshire West and Buckinghamshire
