In your role you will support young people and adults living with complex needs who will access outstanding specialist care and therapy support.


We are student centred and the care for our learners is to maximise independence, building everyday living skills and empowering young people and adults with Profound, multiple learning disabilities to live as fulfilled lives as possible.


  • You will function as the lead in therapy and activities working closely with external Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
  • You will oversee the implementation of rehabilitation, postural management plans and activity programmes, providing support in direct care delivery where required to enable a therapeutic and supportive culture to flourish within a high functioning team environment, therefore experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • English & Maths at GCSE grade C / level 4 or equivalent and a qualification relevant to the post
  • Experience of supporting young people and adults with postural management, aquatic therapy programmes and rebound programmes
  • Relevant experience, knowledge and understanding of working in the Sector around Caring for young people
  • You will be confident and show competence in making referrals to external agencies
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • You will have or be willing to be trained in both Aquatic therapy and Rebound
