The role:

As the Senior Business Development Representative you will be...

  • Working closely with the Head of Sales and high performing sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Multi-channel outreach and booking discovery calls and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of your prospecting pipeline to ensure sales targets are met (or exceeded)

About you:

  • A minimum of 1 year B2B sales/lead generation experience, with a proven track record of smashing targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Target-driven, resilient, enthusiastic and unafraid of a challenge
  • Desire to build a long-term career in tech sales with an exciting AI scale-up

The package:

  • Circa £32,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £44,000 in first year)
  • Remote first - 1 day p/w in Cambridge HQ
  • Fast-tracked career progression to an Account Executive/closing role
