They are currently expanding their team and are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers. In this role, you will provide top-notch mortgage and protection advice to clients who are refinancing after completing their self-build or renovation projects. We need someone who is hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Our business partners are industry leaders in the Self Build market across the UK. Initial training will be conducted at our head office base in Livingston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join one of the UK's leading self-build mortgage brokers. Earnings are unlimited, so we are looking for ambitious individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to professionalism.
You will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgages and protection
- Be confident in providing protection advice to enhance mortgages and maximize case size
- Have a proven track record of hitting sales targets consistently in the mortgage and protection sector
- Focus on surpassing weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs and sales targets
- Effectively communicate your value proposition and the benefits to clients
- Work in a compliant manner following FCA standards
- Have a proactive approach to continuous learning and development
- Be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to offer mortgage and protection advice
