The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Internal Audit Manager - Financial/Prudential' should have:
- A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance (ACA / ACCA / CIA)
- Significant experience in financial services and regulatory compliance.
- Experience Auditing FS Organisations.
- External Audit or Internal Audit Experience
- Demonstrable experience in leading audits and managing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in risk management and internal control frameworks.
