The training programme can last up to six months dependent on experience and your learning skills , so it will appeal to people who want a long-term career in the lucrative world of sales.
Experience * In an ideal world the candidate will have one year plus experience in a telephone sales environment and be of graduate calibre.
* Some knowledge of appointment making or the construction industry would be of use but not essential. An Overview You will be a member of large , well-established sales team .At the beginning while you learn the product your role will be telephone sales making quality appointments for the Regional Sales Representative, to present our products to potential clients., As you develop your skills and product knowledge the role will gradually change to a more varied role but still within the new business sector.
Initially the role is high volune but as you develop there will be more presentation and teams work. The Role * Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives.* You will be required to use our internal IT system to accurately log calls, book appointments, produce quotes / orders and update spreadsheets.
* Self-source new leads by using multiple channels.- Ensuring you and the business remain GPDR compliant at all times. * Be open to performing other tasks as the manager and business requires.
