About the role


The Leader Group are on the search for experienced Support Workers who are familiar with Tracheotomy/Peg and Suction to support children aged between 0 - 17rs who have Autism, learning disabilities and/or complex needs on a daily basis.

Are you a compassionatesupport worker, wanting to make a difference?? Then this is the opportunity for you Experience is essential for this role as it requires specific skill sets that are transferable from previous roles.

Commitments
The position is a full time and permanent role, with plenty of career progression and lots of great benefits It does require flexible individuals as it includes long shifts which are usually from 7:30 / 8am right through to the children's bedtime and sleepins (on average 4-8 per month)
