We are currently forward planning for any future roles that may come up to join our Customer Service Team as an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator.

This advert is for future positions at Cheshunt Station.

The Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.) In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy.

Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you embrace our values and brand as a business.
