The Role


As a Marketing Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to our marketing promotions department, ensuring the smooth execution of retail support, management of point-of-sale (POS) materials, and much more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Retail Support desk enquiries and actions with efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of POS stock and organise reprints as necessary.
  • Guarantee timely and efficient delivery of marketing POS to stores.
  • Maintain uptodate databases and spreadsheets relevant to the department.
  • Offer administrative support to the promotions team as needed.
  • Engage in additional ad hoc project work related to marketing.
  • Take on other activities or projects as requested.

Location:


Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.


The Person

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Effective team player with a cooperative spirit.
  • Proficiency in PC use, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
