Your Role as a Sales Business Partner:

As a Sales Business Partner at New World Trading Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Your expertise in the hospitality industry will enable you to understand the unique needs and challenges of our target market, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Midlands market, leveraging your network and conducting targeted outreach to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and addressing their evolving needs.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, consistently monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to anticipate market demands and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in a business development or key account management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients at various levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (if applicable).
