To be successful in this NQT role, you should have a teaching qualification and a strong desire to learn and grow as a teacher.

You should also have strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Setting and planning lessons
• Supporting students with their learning, social and mental development
• Academic credentials and genuine teaching ability with personality, an adaptable style, energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility,
• Able to meet all children's need with various learning ability
• Communication skills written and verbal
• Ongoing commitment to all children and discussing children's progress with parents
• DBS on the update service (or willing to undertake one with Reed)

Requirements:

• Good quality of written and verbal communication
• Ability to implement school policies and procedures
• Teacher Qualifications (QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST etc.)
• Enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage the students
• Proven track record of planning and assessing lessons to ensure progress is made by students
• Positive and proven behaviour management strategies
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (We can support you to get this)
