Requirements

Desired Qualification and Background

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.

· 6+ years of experience in AI applications in biology.

· Strong knowledge of biological data and AI model development.

· Experience with QA pairs, tasks, and grading rubrics for LLMs.

· Excellent research and analytical skills.

· Experience working on AI and biology projects for academic institutions and industry partners.

· Delivered automated benchmarking of biological capabilities of LLMs.
