During your Apprenticeship with GMMH you'll combine on the job and off the job training which will allow you to earn while gaining work experience, highly sought skills and a nationally recognised qualification.


As an apprentice with the Workforce Systems Team you will be supported to work towards gaining the skills and knowledge of a Workforce Systems Administrator.


The main responsibilities of the role are:


To receive and interpret electronic forms, entering relevant information on to ESR, in accordance with agreed pay and project deadlines.

Provide support and guidance to users of the electronic staff forms

Act as a point of contact for staff and managers, liaising with the
Trust's payroll, finance, and IM&T departments, to resolve
queries relating to pay and workforce information

Support the finalisation and export of the pay file, including unlocking shifts in health roster and providing guidance to inputters

Process absence drop outs and errors generated from the pay files

Manage access to ESR by processing URP request forms and managing password requests

To be able to obtain data from ESR to provide references

Support the Workforce Systems team with project work.

To be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action to
maintain standards.
