Role Snapshot


Providing technical and administrative support for the Warm Homes programme team to deliver energy efficiency and clean heat grants working in partnership with all Norfolk Councils.

You will be friendly, polite, and professional.

Every day will bring a variety of work so you will need to be able to multi-task, have an excellent telephone manor, a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in an ever-evolving busy project with several external funding streams.

What you'll be doing

  • To provide administrative and technical support to Warm Homes Team members in line with externally funded programme requirements
  • To log and refer all resident referrals to external contractors

You must have

  • NVQ level 2 or above in business administration or experience of project work or similar or related role
  • Proven customer care skills and experience of working within a busy administration environment
  • Evidence of well developed administrative skills with the ability to operate a variety of IT systems at any one time
  • Experience with communication to external contractors, agencies and third parties
  • Demonstrable experience interacting with customers and the public through a variety of channels
  • Ability to prioritise work to strict deadlines and under pressure on a variety of duties
  • Accurate and organised worker with a keen eye for detail
