This role is an excellent opportunity for a process driven, team player with great customer service skills, attention to detail and communication skills.


About the position

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reception and switchboard cover during core business hours; ensuring that excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Central collation, preparation and distribution of postal correspondence.
  • Provide support to the Savings Department as and when required including using Workflow to process customer instructions (Following appropriate training).
  • Maintaining accuracy of customer data held by the Melton.
  • Administration support for the operational functions as required.
  • Deal with enquiries from internal and external customers, escalating where appropriate to maintain strong controls and meet business requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Customer Service experience is essential.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of planning and prioritisation of workloads
  • Proficiency in MS Office and technologically literate
